Direct mail was a success for us

When Biltema opened a new shop in Vaasa it was on a Thursday. The weekend before they had launched a campaign as direct mail to 70,000 households, which was widely noticed. Due to the opening of a new shop the company had decided to sell bicycles at a great discount, which people got excited about. When the doors opened the shop became extremely busy!

“All the products we had advertised via direct mail sold out very quickly, but to avoid people getting disappointed, we put new bikes on offer that weekend”, Jan Bostrom shop manager at Biltema, tells us.
